Who we are..The Professional Construction Estimators Association of America, Inc. was chartered in 1956, by members of various construction disciplines from the Charlotte, NC area.  During those early years the members rallied together to exchange ideas, promote educational endeavors and high ethical standards for Construction industry estimators.  Today’s National association holds true to those founding principles.
